Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic is hiring a Therapy Aide to support occupational, physical, and speech therapy teams. You will prep and tidy therapy rooms, verify materials and resources, and assist providers and patients by ensuring items are ready for treatment.

Salary begins at $17.71 per hour, depending on experience. Eligible for comprehensive benefits if working 24+ hours per week. Residency in NorthLakes service area required at hire and throughout employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus three months related experience and/or training.
• CPR Certification must be current or obtained within six months of employment.
• Food Safety Certification must be current or obtained within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, clean, restock, and organize all therapy rooms and spaces.
• Shop for, cook, and prepare items for food therapy sessions.
• Moderate cooking skills with ability to follow specific instructions.
• Ensure a safe kitchen environment by following food safety rules and inventories.
• Perform daily laundry tasks and kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Manage the Lending Closet: inventory, check in/out, clean, organize.
• Perform clerical duties: copies, reports, patient letters, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
