Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of therapy to provide appropriate care.
• Working knowledge of electronic medical records system (EPIC).

Responsibilities

• Maintain treatment and gym areas; clean, disinfect, and store therapy equipment after each use.
• Report equipment malfunctions to staff.
• Escort patients to treatment areas and assist with setup as instructed by the therapist.
• Assist with positioning during therapy sessions to support patient safety and therapy modalities.
• Provide administrative support with the Patient Service Representative team to manage patient wait-list and scheduling in EPIC.
