Job summary

Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed Therapist to assess and facilitate care for patients across residential, outpatient, and virtual programs. You will conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy, collaborate with the treatment team, and promote the therapeutic milieu.

The role includes discharge planning, case management, and possible on-call coverage to support 24/7 patient care. A master’s degree and state licensure are required, with CPR/First Aid and CPI certification

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field required.
• State licensure required or eligible (Psychologist license if applicable).
• CPR & First Aid certification required; CPI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and facilitate care for assigned patients.
• Conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Coordinate discharge planning and case management.
• Promote therapeutic milieu and daily program schedule.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team.
