Job summary

Meadows Behavioral Health seeks a licensed therapist to assess and facilitate care for assigned patients across residential, outpatient, and virtual programs. You will conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy, participate in treatment planning, and support discharge coordination with the care team.

Responsibilities include documenting sessions, promoting a therapeutic milieu, providing on-call coverage as needed, and collaborating with other providers.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in behavioral health or related field.
• State license or eligible; psychologist path not required but may apply for license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• CPI certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assess, coordinate, and discharge planning for assigned patients.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Develop and implement care plans with the treatment team.
• Document therapies in the medical record.
• On-call coverage as requested.
