Job summary

Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist to assess and facilitate care for assigned patients, participating in treatment planning and discharge coordination. You will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy within a supportive, multidisciplinary team and assist in program development.

Role requires a Master's in Behavioral Health or related field and active state licensure. CPR/First Aid and CPI certifications are preferred, with on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field is required.
• State licensing is required; psychologist license may be needed for some roles.
• CPR & First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and facilitate care for assigned patients and participate in treatment planning.
• Coordinate discharge planning and case management.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy per program schedule.
• May provide on‑call coverage as requested.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
