Job summary

Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy at our MBH Outpatient Center in Atlanta. The therapist collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate discharge planning and ensure adherence to treatment goals.

The role requires a Master’s in Behavioral Health or related field, state licensure, CPR/First Aid, CPI, and a valid driver’s license. On-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• State licensure is required; if doctorate, may function as a Therapist but must pursue psychology licensure.
• CPR & First Aid and CPI certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assess and facilitate care for assigned patients and participate in treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, group psychotherapy and coordinate discharge planning.
• Promote therapeutic milieu and daily program schedule; on-call coverage as needed.
• Document activities and communicate with the treatment team.

Education
