Minimum requirements include a master’s degree and eligibility for AZ licensure, with bilingual Spanish preferred. The position emphasizes strong clinical skills, documentation, and crisis intervention within an office-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field eligible for licensure by AZ Board with two years related experience (BHT) or Associate license.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid AZ driver’s license with appropriate driving history.

Responsibilities

• Assesses behavioral health needs to develop therapy goals at minimum every 180 days.
• Administers screeners and standardized tests as needed.
• Schedules therapy sessions and obtains required consents.
• Maintains clinical records and writes progress notes timely.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention as indicated.
