Job summary

Rock Springs in Georgetown, TX, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a full-time Therapist for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The role delivers individual and group therapy to patients with psychiatric, emotional, or substance use issues, and supports discharge planning and after-care.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and engage in treatment updates and crisis response as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent required.
• Current clinical or social work license as required by state regulations.
• CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions in the PHP.
• Participate in treatment planning, discharge, transition, and after-care processes.
• Provide family therapy to support continuity of care.
• Support patient vitals and UDS as needed.
• Communicate with patients, families, and referral sources with HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, UR, and nursing staff.
• Complete clinical paperwork including psychosocial assessments and progress notes.
