Job summary

Lifepoint Health's Mesa Springs Innovations-Arlington is looking for a Help for Heroes/PHP Therapist to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time evening position focuses on delivering individual and group therapy to patients with psychiatric or chemical dependency needs.

The role requires a Master's in Social Work or Counseling, an active license, and CPR/De-escalation certifications. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan care and ensure compliance with HIPAA and

Qualifications

• CPR Certification and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Current Clinical or Social Work license as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate and treat patients experiencing psychological, emotional, or substance use issues.
• Participates in treatment planning, discharge, transition, and after-care processes.
• Provides family therapy sessions as needed to support continuity of care and reduce barriers to treatment.
• Supports with patient vitals and urine drug screening (UDS) as needed.
• Communicates with patients, families, and referral sources ensuring HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance.
