Job summary

Mesa Springs Innovations-Arlington, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a PHP Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Fort Worth, TX. The role emphasizes delivering individual and group therapy, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring high standards of patient care and documentation.

The position requires a Master's in Social Work or Counseling, state licensure, and CPR/De-escalation certifications (or within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent is required.
• CPR and De-escalation certifications required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Current clinical or social work license as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions educating patients on psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues.
• Active involvement in treatment planning and discharge/after-care planning.
• Provide family session counseling to involve family and support networks.
• Communicate proactively with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
• Work with interdisciplinary team including physicians, UR, and nursing staff.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely per hospital standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
