Rock Springs in Georgetown, TX is seeking a dedicated Therapist for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This full-time role focuses on delivering group and individual therapy, discharge planning, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to support patients with psychiatric, emotional, and substance use disorders.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, a current state license, and CPR/De-escalation certification (or within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent is required.
• Current clinical or social work license as required by state regulations.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy to patients in the Partial Hospitalization Program.
• Participate in treatment planning, discharge planning, and after-care processes.
• Provide family therapy sessions as needed to support continuity of care.
• Support with patient vitals and urine drug screening (UDS) as needed.
• Communicate with patients, families, and referral sources while maintaining HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, UR, and nursing staff.
• Complete clinical documentation including psychosocial assessments and progress notes.
• Respond to patient crises and participate in de-escalation procedures.
