Mesa Springs Innovations-Arlington, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a PHP Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning and family sessions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You will ensure clear communication with clients, families, and referral sources while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or equivalent (required).
• CPR Certification and De-escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Current Clinical or Social Work license as required by state regulations.
• Experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues.
• Active involvement in treatment planning processes.
• Provide family session counseling to involve families and support groups.
• Communicate with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, UR and nursing staff.
