Triangle Springs in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Full-time Partial Hospitalization Program Therapist to join our behavioral health team. You will provide individual and group therapy, contribute to treatment planning, and support family sessions to engage the patient's network.

You\'ll collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care coordination to ensure timely documentation, crisis intervention, and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards, while pursuing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent required.
• Licensure as clinical or social work professional per state regulations.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions for psychological, emotional, or substance use concerns.
• Active involvement in treatment planning and care coordination.
• Provides family session counseling to engage patient networks and support groups.
• Manages crisis intervention and de-escalation; maintains timely documentation.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team including physicians, UR, and nursing staff.
