The Therapist in the Multisystemic Therapy Program at Family Services of NW PA provides direct intensive social services and 24-hour on-call crisis support to youth with problem sexual behaviors. Travel to clients' homes is required across Crawford, Mercer, and Erie counties.

A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling is required, along with knowledge of family therapy, child development, behavior management, and parenting skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• Knowledge of family therapy and child development.
• Experience with child behavior problems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide intensive services and 24/7 crisis support to youth with problem sexual behaviors.
• Conduct home visits and travel across Crawford, Mercer and Erie counties.
• Maintain case records and timely documentation.
• Adhere to IBHS service delivery and reporting requirements.
• Participate in supervision and staff development.
• Perform on-call duties for crisis situations.
