Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is hiring a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Therapist to work with youth and families in community settings.

The role involves home-based therapy, assessments, and individualized treatment plans while coordinating with programs and external stakeholders. The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 75% within the service area.

Qualifications

• Masters required; experience considered for Bachelors.
• Must have valid driver’s license to travel to clients’ homes.
• Travel up to 75% of time from the Wichita area.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify problems and systemic factors.
• Develop individualized MST-based treatment plans with evidence-based interventions.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and families and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Implement crisis management strategies when safety concerns arise.
• Participate in supervision to maintain fidelity to the MST model and enhance skills.
• Maintain accurate client progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures.
• Collaborate with social services, schools, court, and mental health agencies.
