Job summary

National Counseling Group in Roanoke, VA, is seeking a Multisystemic Therapist to provide in-home and community-based sessions, assess family strengths and needs, and develop MST-aligned treatment plans.

You will empower caregivers, manage a flexible schedule including school meetings and court hearings, and collaborate with care teams while maintaining compliant documentation. Placement within the range depends on licensure level, education, and experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field.
• Qualified Mental health Professional or Trainee.
• License eligible (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work)
• LPC, LCSW, LMFT

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care teams as needed
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)

Education
