National Counseling Group is seeking a Multisystemic Therapist in Fredericksburg, VA to provide in-home and community-based MST sessions. The role involves assessing family strengths, developing treatment plans, and empowering caregivers to support youth in school, family, and community contexts.

You will manage a flexible schedule, attend school meetings and court hearings as needed, and adhere to MST standards while building a stable client base and engaging with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
• QMHP, Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
