Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Practitioner for its Pittsburgh, KS office.

The role delivers intensive home-based therapy to adolescents and families involved in the juvenile justice system, requiring travel up to 90 minutes from the office and serving multiple counties. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology (Bachelor’s considered with experience), with strong clinical assessment skills and a commitment to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• Must live within a 90-minute travel time from the designated service area.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while meeting program requirements.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with ability to formulate treatment plans.
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify problems and strengths.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on MST principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and their families.
• Implement crisis management strategies to address safety concerns.
• Participate in supervision to enhance clinical skills and fidelity to the MST model.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with professionals and service providers in the client ecosystem.
