Job summary

National Counseling Group is seeking a Multisystemic Therapist to provide in-home and community-based therapy sessions across Virginia. You will assess family strengths, develop treatment plans, and empower caregivers to address challenges and support youth in family, school, and neighborhood contexts.

A flexible schedule aligns with school meetings and court hearings. Competitive compensation ranges from $51,993 to $73,494, with licensure-based placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Counseling, social Work, Psychology, or closely related field.
• Licenses & Certifications: Qualified Mental health Professional; License eligible (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work); LPC, LCSW, LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care teams as needed
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
