Promont Wellness is seeking a compassionate therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults in our Mental Health and Substance Abuse programs. The role includes assessments, personalized treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a PHP, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will have a clinical degree, PA licensure eligibility, and experience with co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a graduate degree in a clinical discipline with practicum, or a related bachelor's degree with strong clinical focus, or comparable PA licensure requirements.
• Current PA clinical license — LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist — with mental health clinical experience
• Willingness to meet PA Drug & Alcohol counselor requirements or equivalent certification

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group therapy to Mental Health and Substance Abuse program clients, including co-occurring disorders
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Facilitate family therapy to engage relatives in recovery
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA and policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive plans
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate clients on coping, relapse prevention, and stress management
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and refer to higher levels of care
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and state regulations
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision
• Attend team meetings and case conferences to review progress
