Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking a PHP Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy within PHP/IOP programs. You will perform biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. Strong documentation and crisis coverage are required.

Licensed credentials such as LMSW/LCSW/LPC are preferred, with a base pay of $34–$44 per hour and a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience with PHP or outpatient programs.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and mental health disorders.
• Trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and related modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in electronic health records and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations and diagnostic screenings.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct care through individual and group therapy sessions in PHP/IOP settings.
• Deliver interventions in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, trauma-informed care, and related modalities.
• Facilitate case management, treatment goals, discharge planning, and referrals.
• Educate clients on mental health, treatment options, and coping skills.
• Coordinate care with referrers, family, and other providers.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and review client progress.
• Provide crisis intervention and rotate on-call coverage as needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation per standards.
