Job summary

Promont Wellness is a Joint Commission-accredited treatment center offering Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient programs for mental health and substance use disorders. We seek a compassionate therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy across PHP, IP, and OP levels, including co-occurring conditions, in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or 12 credits in mental health/counseling.
• Bachelor’s in a recognized clinical discipline (SW/psychology/nursing/rehab/therapy).
• PA licensure in LPC/LCSW/LMFT/License Psychologist with clinical experience.
• PA credentialing requirements and background checks must be met.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for mental health and substance use programs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate family therapy to engage relatives in recovery.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant client records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to create integrated treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate on coping skills, relapse prevention, and stress management.
• Provide crisis intervention and refer to higher levels of care when needed.
• Adhere to ethical standards and state regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
