Job summary

Resilience Behavioral Health in Pembroke, MA, is seeking a Primary Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy in a PHP/IOP setting. The role requires a master's degree and state licensure eligibility, with 1–2 years in behavioral health preferred.

The successful candidate will develop client-centered treatment plans, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and document thoroughly in EMR systems, collaborating across a multidisciplinary team for integrated care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Massachusetts license or license-eligible status (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and working with diverse populations.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients in a PHP and/or IOP setting.
• Develop and maintain individualized, client-centered treatment plans.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as clinically indicated.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensure, and documentation requirements.
