Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a part-time role (2 days per week) in nursing facilities across the MetroWest/Central, MA area, including Marlborough and Westborough. This position offers an opportunity to earn $40k+ annually with pay prorated based on schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• State professional LICSW license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related software.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop behavior plans for residents.
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff.
• Enter patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

The Therapist will provide behavioral health services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
