HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to fill a part-time role (2 days per week) serving residents in nursing facilities across South Shore/Norfolk County, MA, including Plymouth and Franklin.

The position offers an opportunity for $40k+ per year at full time (5 days/week), prorated for part time. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, 1-on-1 therapy, staff interventions, risk assessments, and daily EMR documentation with travel to facilities.

Formación

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field from an accredited college or university.
• State LMHC license or eligible/licensed as LMHC.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the internet, and learn healthcare software.

Responsabilidades

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments.
• Provide 1-on-1 therapy to patients.
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff.
• Conduct risk assessments as needed.
• Enter patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
