HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a part-time role (2 days per week) across nursing facilities in the South Shore/Norfolk County, MA area, with work also available in Plymouth and Franklin.

The position offers solid pay with opportunities at $40K+ per year, 2 days per week prorated based on schedule, full clinical autonomy, and comprehensive administrative support in a permanent, no-contract arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• State professional LICSW license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments.

• Develop behavior plans for residents.
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff.
• Enter patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system.

• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.

HealthDrive is currently seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to workPart-Time (2 days per week) in nursing facilities across the South Shore/Norfolk County, MA area (work available in Plymouth and Franklin.)

*OPPORTUNITY FOR $40K+ PER YEAR AT PART TIME (2 DAYS/WEEK) (PRORATED BASED ON SCHEDULE)*

Responsibilities

The Therapist will provide behavioral health services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
