Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our nursing facility teams in the Greater Boston area, with options for part-time or full-time schedules (2-5 days per week) across Chelsea, Malden, Saugus, and Danvers.

The therapist will deliver behavioral health services in long-term care settings, conducting psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and developing behavior plans for residents. Travel to facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• LICSW license in the state or eligibility to practice as LICSW.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop behavior plans for residents.
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff.
• Enter patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

The Therapist will provide behavioral health services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
