HealthDrive seeks a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for part-time work (2–3 days/week) in nursing facilities throughout Greater Boston, including Concord, Lowell, and Andover.

You will provide behavioral health services to residents, perform psychosocial assessments, offer individual therapy, and coordinate with facility staff. Daily travel to assigned nursing facilities is required.

Formación

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or related field.
• State LMHC license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn healthcare related software.

Responsabilidades

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments.
• Provide 1-on-1 therapy to patients.
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff.
• Conduct risk assessments as needed.
• Enter patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.

HealthDrive is currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to work Part-Time (2-3 days per week) in nursing facilities across the Greater Boston, MA area (work available in Concord, Lowell, and Andover.)

*OPPORTUNITY FOR $60K+ PER YEAR AT PART TIME (3 DAYS/WEEK) (PRORATED BASED ON SCHEDULE)*

Responsibilities

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) will provide behavioral health services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
