Job summary
Total Care Therapy is growing in Northeast Ohio and seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders in assisted living residents. You’ll create personalized plans to improve daily living and independence, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, therapist‑owned environment.

Qualifications
- Current state SLP license required.
- CCC-SLP certification preferred (or eligible).
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in geriatrics, home health, assisted living, or SNF preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive‑linguistic, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve residents' quality of life.
- Perform dysphagia evaluations and swallowing interventions.
- Document progress in the EMR accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians and care staff for coordinated care.
