Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide adult/geriatric therapy in a patient-centered, collaborative clinical environment in Ohio. You will focus on improving communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life while maintaining clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services for communication, cognition, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
