Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in state of practice.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans with functional goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support independence in adult/geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adjust plans based on progress.
