Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Indiana is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LMHC required) for full-time, LTC assignments with no weekend work. The position offers a $65k-$75k annual salary and opportunities to work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care in long-term care facilities.

A Master’s degree in social work or professional counseling and a valid LCSW or LMHC license are required, with travel across the assigned service area expected.

• Minimum two years of therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Provide patient visits as scheduled.

• Communicate and follow up regarding client status.
• Collaborate with case management and psychiatric services.

Responsibilities may include:

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.


• Providing patient visits as scheduled.


• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.


• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.


• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.


• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.

Requirements for this position include:

• Master’s degree in social work or professional counseling


• Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LCSW or LMHC


• 2 years’ experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.


• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.


• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
