Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a full-time M-F 9am-5pm therapist to join ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions. The role focuses on providing individualized care to diverse client populations, supported by a team of professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Required is a Bachelor's degree with therapy experience or a Master's in Social Work/Professional Counseling, plus licensure in a relevant field. Travel within the service area may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with 1 year therapy experience OR master's in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• License in Social Work or Professional Counseling: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT, LIMFT, LIMFT-S.
• Therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up regarding client status.
• Working with case management and psychiatric services.

Requirements for this position include:

• Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT, LIMFT, LIMFT-S


• Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.


• Experience within a home setting is preferred.


• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.


• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
