Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a full-time clinician to provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults, with 9am-5pm schedule. The role includes diagnostic assessments, regular patient visits, updating treatment plans, and documenting progress notes.

Travel within the service area is required, with a strong emphasis on coordinated case management and psychiatric collaboration. LSW/LPC/LMFT licensure is required or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Social Work/Licensed Professional Counselor licensure or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LMFT, LIMFT, LIMFT-S.
• Therapy and counseling experience preferred.
• Home setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.
