Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions seeks a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LMHC) for a long-term care setting in Indiana. This full-time role requires clinical licensure and driving to assigned facilities.

No weekend work is required, with a salary range of $65k–$75k per year. Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, regular patient visits, up-to-date treatment plans, and thorough progress notes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or professional counseling is required.
• LCSW or LMHC license or equivalent is required.
• 2 years’ experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Provide patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensure treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Complete comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicate and follow up regarding client status.
• Collaborate with case management and psychiatric services.

• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.


• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.

Requirements for this position include:

• Master’s degree in social work or professional counseling


• Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LCSW or LMHC


• 2 years’ experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.

• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
