Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Indiana is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LMHC) for a full-time role with no weekends. You will perform diagnostic assessments, provide patient visits, and update treatment plans to support adults in long-term care facilities.

Travel throughout the assigned service area is required; the position offers $65k-$75k annually, a comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or professional counseling.
• Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LCSW or LMHC.
• 2 years’ experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client's status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.

Requirements for this position include:

• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
