Job summary

Mountain Springs Recovery is seeking a compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team in Colorado. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders, under supervision toward independent licensure.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, while maintaining thorough documentation and a strong therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
• Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
• Receive clinical supervision and continue developing your skills.
