Job summary

Mountain Springs Recovery in Monument, CO seeks a Licensed Therapist to provide individual and group therapy in a residential setting, using CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, and MI. The role requires CO licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) and experience with mental health or co-occurring disorders, plus strong group facilitation and clinical judgment.

$5000 Sign on Bonus Opportunity paid in two installments at 90 days and 6 months.

We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate therapeutic mental health group programming.

What You’ll Do
