In this role, you’ll make a direct impact by supporting a manageable caseload of 6–13 clients through weekly individual therapy sessions, daily group facilitation, and ongoing treatment planning. You’ll be an important part of our clients’ recovery journeys, helping them gain the tools, insights, and confidence to build meaningful lives in sobriety.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Registration with DORA (CAS, ADDC, LPCC, LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
