Job summary

Mountain Springs Recovery in Monument, CO is seeking a part-time Therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to treatment planning.

You will receive clinical supervision, maintain timely documentation, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the treatment team to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
