Job summary
The Recovery Village Palmer Lake, part of Advanced Recovery Systems, seeks licensed behavioral health professionals to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential setting. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and lead group sessions while collaborating with medical and psychiatric teams to support patient progress.
Requirements include a Master’s in social work, psychology, or a related field, and licensure such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or related

Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, must be able to work 1-2 weekend days every 4-6 weeks. On weeks where weekend days are worked, 1 day during the week will be flexed off.
- Independent License up to $87,360 or more
- Preliminary License: up to $68,640 or more

- Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required
- Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred
- Provisionally or Independently Licensed in the State of Colorado required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field.

- CAS (Certified Addiction Specialist)
- Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- CPR and BFA Certification required
