Job summary

Mountain Springs Recovery in Monument, CO is seeking a licensed Primary Therapist to join our clinical team. This full-time role offers supervision as you work toward independent licensure while providing therapy to adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

You will conduct individual, group, and family sessions, perform biopsychosocial assessments, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress in a residential

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
• Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.

What You'll Do:

• Valid Wisconsin driver's license

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
