Job summary

Denver Springs, part of LifePoint Health, is seeking a Therapist to join our team in Denver. The role supports patient care through psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and community resource linkage. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for a 24-month commitment.

Applicants should hold LMSW/LCSW/LPC licensure and a Master's degree. BLS is required within 30 days; ACLS/PALS within six months.

Qualifications

• Current LMSW/LCSW/LPC license required.
• Master's degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial needs to understand emotional, psychological, and social situations.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
• Connect patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
• Advocate for patients' rights and ensure equitable care within the healthcare system.

Whatwe'relooking for

Applicants should have a current state LMSW, LCSW, LPC license andpossessa Master's degree from an accredited school.Additionalrequirements include:
