Job summary

Denver Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a licensed therapist to join our caring team. You will assess psychosocial needs, develop treatment plans with healthcare teams, provide counseling to patients and families, connect them with community resources, and advocate for equitable care.

Requirements include LMSW/LCSW/LPC license and a Master's degree. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered; schedule options include 4x10-hour shifts with one weekend day or Mon–Fri 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed social worker or equivalent with a Master’s degree.
• Master’s level licensure required within jurisdiction.
• Professional licensure in LMSW/LCSW/LPC is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial needs to understand emotional, psychological, and social situations.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
• Connect patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
• Advocate for patients' rights and equitable care within the healthcare system.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current state LMSW, LCSW, LPC license and possess a Master's degree from an accredited school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.


• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.


• One year of experience preferred


• ASLS certification preferred

Rate Range: $32.19-$43.46 Hourly
