Health Connect America is seeking a Georgia Therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic services in home, school, and community settings. You will promote emotional wellness, support family relationships, and drive positive behavioral health outcomes through assessment, treatment planning, and therapy.

Role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, crisis intervention, and ongoing professional development within a mission-driven behavioral health organization.

Formación

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children and/or families (internships ok).
• Must be eligible for professional licensure in Georgia (LPC/LMFT/LCSW).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and use evidence-based tools to identify needs and craft treatment recommendations.
• Create treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client’s strengths and challenges.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health concerns.
• Coordinate with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources for holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, referrals, and maintain timely documentation.
