Job summary

Health Connect America seeks a Georgia Therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic services that promote emotional wellness and strengthen family relationships. You will assess, treat, and collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources to support positive behavioral health outcomes.

Responsibilities include biopsychosocial assessments, individualized treatment planning, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children and/or families, including internships.
• Must be eligible for professional licensure in Georgia as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and use evidence-based tools to identify client needs and create individualized recommendations.
• Create treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, referrals, and accurate documentation.
