Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Georgia Therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic services for children and families. You will conduct assessments, plan treatments, and provide individual, family, and group therapy within a collaborative, community-based setting.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with schools and providers, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards. This role emphasizes person-centered, culturally responsive care and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field required.
• Minimum of two years working with children and/or families, including internships.
• Must be eligible for Georgia licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and identify client needs.
• Create treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain engagement with clients and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources.
