Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in a state-recognized license.
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, schools, and community resources.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical consultation and treatment team meetings.
