Job summary

Midwestern Wellness Institute in Rapid City is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to support individuals, couples, and families through evidence-based psychotherapy.

You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress while maintaining thorough documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional.
• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field from an accredited program.
• Excellent assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as clinically indicated.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and coordinate care with providers and schools.
• Participate in clinical consultations and team meetings.
