Job summary

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a licensed mental health professional (state-recognized).
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services.
• Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group therapy as appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, schools, and community resources as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical consultation and treatment team meetings.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LAC, CAC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent state-recognized mental health license
• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care

Preferred

• Experience in outpatient behavioral health
• Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults
• Group therapy or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) experience for substance use
• Substance use treatment experience
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
